Sushi Kitchen are already resume to business since 1st of June2010.

Why we re-open again at the same places.

Well, this is a very long long story.
We are too tired, we just shut down the business!
Go for a vacations.

And ~~

Received a ton of calls from our Malaysia's friends.
Many many of 'why' questions.

To our dearest customer,

Thanks for your encouraging call and warm care, we felt your love. :)

We have received more than hundred call and similar questions had ask such as :

1) Question : Is Sushi Kitchen shutdown the business ?

Answer : No.

2) Question: Why sushi Kitchen only open on Saturday ?

Answer : We are seriously lacking of service staff thus we only operate on Saturday.
Please kindly make a reservation in advance 24 hour advance .

3) Question : Why!!!??? Why need to do reservation in advance ?

Answer : Since we just operate on Saturday, we only purchase & make selection of the raw material according to the reservation number ( This is to make sure the freshness & quality of the food ) We believe good food can only be prepared by the fresh & healthy raw food, all food need to be soak into enzyme for at least 45 minutes of time to get rid of harmful chemical fertilizer & small little insert )

4) Question : Can we dine-in without reservation ?

Answer : we are not encouraging that. But yes , we will serve you depends on the availability seats we have in-house. (Please kindly refer to Q2 & Q3)

5) Question : You guys have other jobs on weekday besides of running this cafe ?

Answer : No.

6) Question : Then what else you guys do on weekdays without open SUSHI KITCHEN?

Answer : We are hiring crew, re-arrange the shop, menu , system, website & recharge our self.

Basically, we are doing research & resource to improve the shop with our own creativity.

回答：不是。

２）　问题：那为什么ＳＵＳＨＩ　ＫＩＴＣＨＥＮ只营业星期六而已呢？
回答：　我们正在面对着严重的缺乏服务生所以我们只可以在星期六一天营业。
请在一天前做预约。

３）　问题：　为什么！！！？？　为什么需要预先预定？
回答：　自从我们只营业星期六，我们只采购根据预约的数量。（以保持食物的品质及新鲜度）　我们深信只有新鲜的蔬菜，水果才能够准备出美味佳肴。
（全部购买回来的蔬菜与水果都必须泡至少４５分钟的环保西孝素以去除有害的农药及昆虫们）

４）　问题：　我们可以不做预约的上来用餐吗？
回答：　我们并不鼓励这么做。可是，如果有空档的座位就没问题。（请参考问题２与问题３）

５）　问题：　周一至周五你们是不是还有其他的工作呢？
回答　：　不是。

６）　问题：　那你们周一至周五都在做什么呢？
回答：　我们正在寻找着服务人员，重新整理店面，菜单，系统，设计网面及给我们自己充电。

基本上，我们也正在用我们的创造力去创造更美好的环境去服务您们。

GEORGE TOWN: The state government’s monthly cycling event within the city, now into its third edition, will be extended to several villages beginning June.
Expedition leader, Tanjung Bungah assemblyman Teh Yee Cheu, said the event would be extended to villages in Balik Pulau and Bukit Mertajam to give more people a chance to participate.
On tour: The 100 cyclists who participated in the ‘Heritage Experience On Wheels’ expedition yesterday passing by the Penang High Court building.
“Besides promoting heritage sites in George Town through our ‘Heritage Experience on Wheels’ cycling expedition, we also want to showcase the beautiful scenery and padi fields in the villages.
“The theme will be ‘Kampung Rides’,” he said at the third monthly cycling event at Upper Penang Road yesterday.
The drizzle at the start of the event at 8.30am did not deter 100 cyclists from taking part in the two-hour expedition, held every last Sunday of the month.
This time around, the cyclists stopped at seven heritage sites where a tour guide explained the history of the buildings in detail.
The seven sites were E&O Hotel, Convent Light Street, Church Street Pier, Penang Islamic Museum, Goddess of Mercy Temple, St George’s Church and the Hainan Association and Temple.
Teh said the first two events, over a 6km route, attracted a total of 160 cyclists.
“We had planned to extend the route to 14km.
“However, since the trishaw rider who was ferrying the tour guide got tired, we cut short the route to 11km,” he added.

About 100 cyclist cycle in green T-shirt from the Chief Minister’s official residence Seri Teratai carrying an Earth Day declaration to Bayan Baru’s Sunshine Square in conjunction with Penang Earth Day Carnival 2009 today .

Organising co-chairman Teh Yee Cheu, who is also Tanjung Bungah assemblyman and cyclists gather at Seri Teratai at 7.30am today and receive the declaration from the Chief Minister (Lim Guan Eng) and cycle about 20km to Sunshine Square where the declaration will be read out.

This eventis jointly organised by the assemblymen of Paya Terubong, Komtar, Tanjung Bungah and Pulau Tikus as well as Pertubuhan Sudarshan Kriya Pulau Pinang.

WWF's Earth Hour has already been translated into nearly 30 languages, and will literally be happening from pole to pole - thanks to scientists and researchers in both the Arctic and Antarctic.

1st, we have a lot of surprise from the walk-in customer, friends and relative, because we didn't aspect so many people came at once, haha.. (tell very honestly), and we can still manage to get things in order and positive feed back from everyone.

Paint again ( it tooks 3 times sanding and 3 times painting to complete one paint works cycle)

Sanding by hand works again & again to make sure it was smooth.

It takes 2 weeks to finish the painting works of chair, table & floor.

Hi all, Sushi Kitchen cafe is a place for healthy consciouness mind ppl like you to enjoying the japanese cuisine meatless diet ( Plant based diet). You can taste your meal while enjoying the pure & peaceful atmosphere at here.

We provide high energy food, example like Hand-made sushi, organic vegetable, fresh local fruit, Japanese green Tea & chinese Purr err tea and etc.

We used most of the natural material example like, Natural wood, bamboo and so on to decorate the shop as we believe when we are in tune with Natural, they will provide us good & fine vibration in return.

Dear viewer, the shop is still under renovation state, and because of the malaysia ISP problems, we are now still in waiting list for streamyx. For now, it was just a very brief intro for this paradise.
